How do I register for an event?
Go to your Member Homepage and look under “Events This Month.” There you will see a calendar listing of all events for the month, and under each event there will be a link to the registration page for that event. You will also see a discount code after “This Month’s Code”. Click on the link, enter the Code as the “Promotion Code” and then complete the registration process.
How many tickets do I get to an event?
Pollen, Leaf, and Roots Members each receive 1 ticket to the Monthly Class, 1 ticket to the Monthly Workshop, and 2 tickets to the Monthly Potluck at membership pricing.
How do I register for an event at my membership price?
Pollen, Leaf, and Roots members received discounted admission to all monthly Growing Home events. To receive your discounted tickets, go to the Member Homepage, and look under “Events This Month.” Under Events This Month, look for “This Month’s Code.” The code listed is the discount code you should use when registering for any event. You MUST pre-register for an event to receive the discounted admission. All event attendees who are not Pre-Registered will pay the FULL At-The-Door Price.
How do I upgrade/change my membership?
There is currently no automatic way to upgrade/change memberships. If you would like to change your membership level, please send us an email at email@example.com and put “UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP” in the Subject Line. Please include your phone number in the email.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go the the Member Homepage and scroll down to “My Membership Info.” Under “My Subscriptions,” click the “Cancel” button. Your membership will continue until your current billing period is finished.
